Ken co-founded Aquasun with his wife Patricia in 1997 after already being in business together. With his 25 years’ experience in the hot tub and swimspa market and the desire to know his customers, Ken brings the best water wellness products and sauna brands to Ireland. He is the driving force that keeps the team focused and the job fun!
Patricia has been in the health and Leisure product business for 30 plus years and co-founded the company with Ken. She is known for her positive vibe and ‘can-do’ persona and is an inspiring leader to the team. The success of Aquasun Wellness is accredited to Patricia’s savvy business skills and (calculated) risk-taking abilities.
Glenda is our organisational genius. Her expertise and comprehensive knowledge of Aquasun Wellness products gained over the last 15 years provides our customers with exceptional ongoing support and after sales service. She is gifted with a fantastic memory and her dedication and approach has turned many working relationships into genuine friendships.
Howard has been working in the hot tub and swim spa industry and been part of our successful team for so many years we have stopped counting. His wealth of knowledge and expertise coupled with his easy going no-pressure attitude is integral and provides a welcoming and informative environment to learn about hot tubs, swim system and sauna options offered by Aquasun Wellness.
Diane is our problem solver. She provides fantastic administrative support daily to the entire team and manages all web shop water care and parts orders. She is integral to the smooth operation and her outgoing, friendly personality is a welcome approach to ensure a positive experience for every customer.
John looks after all-things-technical and heads up our Service Department. With 17 years’ experience there is very little that he doesn’t know about hot tubs, swim spas and water care. John is a factory-trained HotSpring Spa and Endless Pool Engineer. His friendly approach and kind personality ensures that every customer receives first class service experience.
Gareth is our ‘a man with a plan’. Our deliveries are not always straight forward and require some creative thinking .. and a really strong guy to get things moving. Gareth is an exceptional installer and is one of the friendly faces you will meet when our team arrives with your new wellness product. Gareth has been part of the Aquasun team for 10 years and is accredited with professional factory training on Hot Spring Spas, Endless Pools and Tylo Sauna.
Philip is an important member of the deliveries and installation team, providing support through hot tub deliveries and Endless Pool builds. His support is pivotal to ensuring smooth operation at our clients sites. His helpful nature provides a professional, happy experience for our customers.
Debbie joined our Sales Team several years ago and serves customers from the Dublin showroom. She is enthusiastic, friendly and works closely with our clients to achieve their everyday happiness. She is the first point of contact and representative for Endless Pool enquiries in Ireland. She also looks after our social media and marketing.
After much research I purchased a HotSpring Sovereign hot tub from AquaSun. What can I say, Howard was excellent throughout the sales process and the tub is awesome. The jets are really powerful and the hot tub is virtually silent when not being used. It is so easy to use and maintain and running costs are extremely low (11 per month). The whole family love it and we use it 3 or 4 times a week. Thank you AquaSun for your great customer service. I wouldnt buy a hot tub anywhere else.
We were totally overwhelmed with the service provided throughout the experience when looking for a hydrotherapy pool for our daughter. Ken and Howard in the showroom were really so helpful and in my opinion went over and above in their efforts to ensure we not only got all the information we needed but done the extras for example; coming to see where we thought we were putting a pool, the best way to get the pool in and some ideas on how best to achieve this with our builders.
Recently we purchased a 7m swim spa and outdoor sauna for Bellisle Spa. The service and aftercare were second to none. The engineers were so helpful and nothing seemed to be a problem. Clients love the facilities and have left superb feedback.
We purchased a BBQ hut from Aquasun and have to say Ken was very very helpful. Our BBQ hut was a fab investment in our family life that will grow with our family. Our friends have been wowed by it and we are so looking forward to using it more in the winter months…. An investment worth thinking about especially with the Irish weather can be used hail rain or snow. It also great to get away from electronics sit around a bbq fire and actually talk to your family and friendsand not be distracted
